Trekkers usually travel to Delhi by Air, then take train to Kathgodam and a taxi from Kathgodam to Bageshwar.
There are also Volvo buses to Kathgodam from Delhi, starting from Anand Vihar Delhi.

Pindari Glacier Trek
The Pindari glacier trek is a good starter trek for the Pindari region. It is a moderate level trek. The trek route usually opens in May and closes by mid June at the arrival of the monsoons. The trek then reopens in mid August. The trek has two start routes, the original route starts from Loharket, now that there is a road which extends beyond Loharket some start the trek a little before Khati Village. The trek route from Loharket to Khati is steep. The trek can be done in 2 days and also in 7 days, depending on where you start the trek and your level of expertise.
