Number of days:
3 or 4 but could also be done faster
depending on fitness level of the trekker.
The trek can be done in 3 days, if the first day trek to Solang
Nullah is skipped and instead you drive down to Solang Nullah.
Unless you are an experienced high altitude trekker, you should

The trek can be done through the year,
though in the winter months of January to March, the local guides
are the best judge of the weather conditions to determine if the
trek can be done or not.
